I asked because I have a feeling that most of length gains are due to ligs stretching and not tunica.
But even with you trying to hold the ligs back, I think you would still be stretching them sufficiently.

How long have you been doing the ‘no-lig’ stretching?

Well like in that book/article you posted, you want to hit the plastic deformation-phase but not go any further.
Furthermore the balance between Elastin and Collagen is what’s important.
About older guys gaining more easily has probably to do that they weren’t in top-shape like in their younger years. (At least that’s what I assume)

Also a question that might be slightly off-topic, but does anyone know the cell renewal period for the CC/CS?

There is a science to this all and when, or rather IF, we knew answers to questions like that we could progress at a faster and a steadier rate.

Alas, I do not know that any of us will get a government grant to study and participate in PE!

Great read. Thanks for the post. I’m a bit skeptical myself, but between this and the amount of members who swear they have gained I’m becoming a believer and can’t wait to start my newbie routine.

Start and stick with it. Stay with the routine even after you have gotten discouraged, as you likely will. The key is to stick with it, you have to break down tissue before it rebuilds.we are NOT stretching dicks.
That is what guys do not get.
That is why they loose hope when they have seen no gains after a short time, no pun, and then just stop.

You have to stick with it.

I have gained around about a half inch in length.

I really am not worried about girth but for some fucking reason it is gaining too.

“cut” in the PE world just means circumsized. “uncut” would be the opposite.

I have stopped with the lig stretching probably about 6-8 mos ago. I have slowed down pe activity in general. I usually do it at night, and lately I am just too tired for it. i figure that everything else is more important, so I sometimes don’t do it. But it used to be that I could NOT fall asleep without doing pe. I would reluctantly get up to do it, to get some rest! but I am too tired these days.

Nothing baffling at all; deformation explains any type of enlargement. These stressors can be imposed via traction (stretching) or impaction (jelqs, squeezes, etc.).

The penis is an elastic, blood-pooling (pseudo) cylinder. The skin, of course, is the easiest component to stretch; the other structures are more difficult. As impactions increase the internal volume of the penis, the skin will stretch to accommodate, thus increasing the surface area as well.

No, no, it is essentially stating that soft tissue can and does deform, as in lengthen, and be done permanently.

Hey, think of this if you have a hard time believing that pe is real.have you ever seen someone wearing braces for straightening their teeth?

I have no problems thinking it’s real. There are reasons for the doubters. I think the main ones are A. You are essentially playing with yourself, and people don’t really want to share that information. B. You don’t wanna share because why should you help someone else get a bigger dick. Getting girth requires much more calculation then length. These studies couldn’t possibly teach what it takes to get girth. It takes trial and error and forums like these. ADS equipment is very easy to use. But in terms of plastic deformation. I believe

I’m a skeptic by nature, and had I read some of what I have recently I might have got serious about pe and stuck with it.
I am a believer now, 1/2 of length gains in four months will do that to me.

If I stumble across something that makes gains I for one will share. Right now I’m amazed at the bib I just started using.
