My p.e journey started feb 1st 2006. Started with 3 months of the newbie routine, however, I’m plagued throughout my life with the assumption the more time I put into something automatically the better it turns out. Within the first month I was doing 40-50 mins of jelqing, with about 10 mins of stretching 5 times a week. I constantly measured and about 2 1/2 months in I saw absolutely no girth gains.

So I begin the “girth savior” of exercises clamping, almost immediately I was doing 3 sets of 15mins 5 times a week, less then a month of clamping I was at 4 sets of 15 mins 5 times a week. About 2 weeks ago (around 3-4 months of clamping) I realised I am definitely over training (hopefully the reason for the lack of gains), I’m down to clamping 4 sets of 10 mins, and power jelqing for 5 mins in between each set, 5 times a week. However, my dick still looks like shit, my erections are questionable, I’m ultra sensitive during sex, and I don’t get morning wood(i never really did but during the newbie routine I started to). I figure I might still be over training so what do you suggest?

-keep with it, it’s only been two weeks
-This routine with more break days
-Less clamping more power jelqing
-everyday with less of both
-ditch clamping it’s over rated

Just for your info I use a home-made power jelq because I find jelqing with my hands rather upsetting, don’t really even know why other then my hands get tired.

Just be happy with what you got, most people here are actually striving for that. Greed is one of the seven deadly sins you know — (although so is envy, so I guess I can’t say that on these forums).

Also, 10-15 minute jelqing with 3-5 minute stretches, 6 out of 7 days of the week is just fine for the first 2-3 months, then you can add all the toys. Quite frankly, the more complicated you make it, the less likely you will see gains due to over-stressing it.

The most legendary gainer ever did nothing but Wet Jelq’s with manual stretches. He began at 15/5, and now does 30/15 twice a day (or last he was doing it). Some crazy gains of over 3 inches in a number of years.

Not really trying to be greedy, just plan to do this for several years. I was going to do my current routine for a long while without measuring. However, I’ve learned from bodybuilding that spending time overtraining is worthless. I want to make sure I’m not repeating my mistakes instead of a year down the road.

I would say that whenever your erection quality is bad and you have the hypersensitivity problem, it is time for a break until you feel normal again. Then I would guess that the same routine with more break days might work better for you.

I would say less clamping,more jelqing.It sounds to me like you are way over training.As Mravg stated,poor erection quality is a good indication that your training too hard.Avocet 8 always says that you should be able to get an erection easily at the end of your routine,and I think that is sound advice,it is also the way I gauge how I’m doing.As to the hyper-sensitivity issue,I wish I could help.But I can screw for hours if I can keep my erection.My penis is so de-sensitised that I rarely am able to climax while having sex.It’s very frustrating,so be careful what you wish for.

Cajual’s post is very ineresting, even if it is 3 years old.

2 days on 1 day off to heal might be a good strategy for you to try.
