The Pap needs your P.E advice. Over training?
My p.e journey started feb 1st 2006. Started with 3 months of the newbie routine, however, I’m plagued throughout my life with the assumption the more time I put into something automatically the better it turns out. Within the first month I was doing 40-50 mins of jelqing, with about 10 mins of stretching 5 times a week. I constantly measured and about 2 1/2 months in I saw absolutely no girth gains.
So I begin the “girth savior” of exercises clamping, almost immediately I was doing 3 sets of 15mins 5 times a week, less then a month of clamping I was at 4 sets of 15 mins 5 times a week. About 2 weeks ago (around 3-4 months of clamping) I realised I am definitely over training (hopefully the reason for the lack of gains), I’m down to clamping 4 sets of 10 mins, and power jelqing for 5 mins in between each set, 5 times a week. However, my dick still looks like shit, my erections are questionable, I’m ultra sensitive during sex, and I don’t get morning wood(i never really did but during the newbie routine I started to). I figure I might still be over training so what do you suggest?
-keep with it, it’s only been two weeks
-This routine with more break days
-Less clamping more power jelqing
-everyday with less of both
-ditch clamping it’s over rated
Just for your info I use a home-made power jelq because I find jelqing with my hands rather upsetting, don’t really even know why other then my hands get tired.
