I just switched my routine to 7 days a week, I do two clamping sets for 10 minutes each and 50 dry jelqs. in between sets. I use a heated rice sock for 5 minutes before after and in the middle of my work outs. I find that my erections are actually better during intercourse and I maintan a good flaccid hang during the day. Also I masturbate once a day at aleast a few hours after a session. I find that training less each day everyday seems to work better for me.
