Stop over training!!
I consider myself a hard gainer. I’ve had good gains, and I’m happy with my progress. I have great technique and accomplish huge engorgement during my routine. But still only modest gains, why I wonder. I’ve noticed most hard to no gainers have one thing in common. They seem to over train, they seem to have these massive routines. I never considered myself as an over trainer, but I think I have been.
I’m not big on measuring, and haven’t measured in many months. But I started at nbp5.75 X 4.25 and the last time I measured I was at nbp6.25 X 5.0 I try to spend as little time as possible doing PE but I like a lot of you guys get into it and just cant stop myself. Before I know it I’ve been going at it for an hour I have the lube out and I’m jerking off at the end of it all. I think these are all bad things, over training and topping it off with ejaculating. The next day my unit is sore and my erections are weak.
For the last few weeks I changed my routine dramatically. But when I went to timing myself things got interesting.
I get up in the morning, I allow myself 10 minutes of jelq time and 5 minutes of manual stretching. With such little time there isn’t time to waist, no time for any porn so I don’t have the urge to masturbate at the end. Then I do the same routine at night before bed. So I’m spreading out my routine and giving my unit time to heal. With the time limit I have a real intense session and I try to make it count so I’m jelqing almost the entire time.
Well I haven’t masturbated in three weeks, and my erections are huge. The wife comments every time she sees it these days. ” It’s gotten a lot bigger lately” She said that tonight.
I lost my soft measuring tape that I used for measuring girth. I’m sure I’ve gained from this routine in just a few weeks time. The erection quality alone is making a big difference for me. Sex is so much better, the wife can’t get enough. The odd thing about erection quality is, you never think your erections are lacking, until you improve them.
PE without improving your erection, more resembles masochism. Use your erections as a guide to help you realize if your over training or not.
