Still Gaining! Don't Give Up!

So I started out as a guest on this site in 2003. At that time I had a 5.75” BPEL. I had read enough size polls to know that I was about average but was never satisfied with the way I looked. So I started the Newbie routine. At that time I had a roommate and didn’t really have the privacy I needed. But I stilled gained an inch in the first 6 months or so. At 6.75” BPEL I was starting to gain my self confidence back. But after that first inch, all growth stopped. No matter what I did, I stayed at 6.75. I kept up the Newbie routine for at least 6 months with no results so I just decided to call it quits. Didn’t do PE from 2004 to mid-2007. But back in May I stumbled on this site again I decided to give in another try. To my surprise I measured at exactly 6.75 again. No PE for 3 1/2 years and I didn’t loose any gains.

I learned my first lesson: That entire 6 month period of ‘no-growth’ was cementing my gains. Even my flaccid gains of about 2 inches were still there 3 1/2 years later.

So I started again with the Newbie routine (plus a few tricks I’ve learned) as I had to get reconditioned. I started to gain again right away. By June I started hitting 7” BPEL. By July I was at 7.3” BPEL. But than I stopped gaining again. I got discouraged because I didn’t want to wait another 3 years to start growing again. But I kept going (cementing my gains) for most of July. Than I stopped for about 3 weeks. Started again last week and I couldn’t believe what happened. Two days ago I managed to get up to 7.75” stretched and 7.5” BPEL. If I can keep the 7.5” BPEL for two weeks, I’ll update my signature.

This taught me my second lesson: Once gains are cemented, I need to rest. After a few weeks rest, I feel like a Newbie again, and gain like one too.

Keeping my fingers crossed that I can cement these new numbers.

I don’t know if I’m an easy gainer. Maybe. I’ve just put into practice what I’ve learned from Mod’s and Seniors.
Make sure you cement. If it doesn’t feel like your gaining, your body is still adjusting to the new size.

In search of a perfect body, penis, and girl.

The search NO longer continues. :)

My routine varies depending on what my body’s telling me. Right now I’m targeting micro-tears. For me, when micro tears are held apart immediately after a workout, it promotes cell division.

3 days on 2 days off.

Morning:
5 minute manual stretch under heat.
200 wet jelqs.
Home-maid extender at work 8hrs.

The stretch under heat just helps me have the best jelq session possible. The extender keeps the micro-tears separated. I know its working when I feel a slight soreness while extended throughout the day.

Evening:
200 jelqs immediately after removing extender.
3 ten minute clamps (once a week).

I love this story! Your frustration after six months sounds just like mine at four. I recently took a break and am now doing a lighter manual exercise program, and I’m not wearing my extender for a couple more days, it’s probably only been a week. I’m glad to hear you continued making gains, I’m curious as to any girth measurements you’ve ever taken. Thanks again for some much needed inspiration.

Girth was slow coming at the beginning. I didn’t measure when I started in 03, but I would guess 4.5. Now I’m at 5.5” on off days and 6 after workouts. I originally wanted 6” girth, but now I wish I could go back down to 5”. My wife needs lots of lube to be comfortable now. That’s why I only cable clamp once a week.
