Hey guys

I started out 6.25bpx4.9 and am now 7.5bpx5.25. I’m fine with my length and just want to add some girth now.

I’ve been PEing now for 7 months (mainly just jelqing) and want to get into clamping. I’ve been reading Big Girtha’s and Reduzulu’s posts and I find them very motivating. My question is what should my split be? I was thinking of being very conservative, something like 1 on 2 off starting out at 3x3 minutes and adding a minute after every 4th workout with a long 25-30 min warm up. Maybe 5 min of light jelqing before. Another question I have is the erection level on which to clamp. I’ve read some guys say clamp fully erect and other guys like Bib who I think said to clamp around 70% with his uli thing. This seems much safer. I was also thinking maybe I shouldn’t clamp at all and try some more advanced manual exercises like Ulis. Anyways, any advice would be awesome.

People are going to tell you everyone is different and it’s true. I can tell you what works for me. Heat thoroughly first. If you feel like it, try some bundled stretches before clamping. I wrap with an extra long piece of cloth, probably 2 - 2 1/2 feet long and wrap the base well a few times than around the back of the testicles to ensure that the wrap is deep into the pelvis. Put the clamp on loose at a lower erection.. 70% sounds about right. I find that as I get closer to 100% erection I get really engorged. Tighten the clamp a click or two if it’s needed. Sometimes I do, sometimes I don’t.

I would try 1 day on, 1 day off, at 2 sets of 8-10 minutes. Edge while doing this and kegel often. Keep a tape handy and watch for your expansion. For me, I expand with each set, from 1/4 inch to 1/2 inch. I don’t achieve 1/2 inch very often. I find that massaging with a very hot wash cloth and constant heat to be very helpful. Hope this helps you out.

Hi man, And welcome back, First you can’t just clamp, You must stretch with every single exerciser, Even if you don’t need length you must stretch, I advice you to start with 5 minutes 3 sets, and 5 minutes rest between each set. After 3 weeks start adding 5 minutes. For the second month you will reach 10 minutes for each set, 5 minutes rest, Then after you upgrade after 2 3 month, to each 15 minutes each set, With 5 minutes resting, then you can’t add more time, You have to add more sets, Because the maximum time of clamping is 10 to 15 minutes, The 15 minutes as the last dead lift, You know what I mean, I do 15 minutes clamping each sets for hours, But I make sure I stretch and warm up before I start, and warm down after I finish its very important , This is very intense exercise, Please read clamping 101, To Understand the good and bad signs, Good luck.

Thank you everyone for your input. I actually decided to just do ulis at 70% at the end of my jelqing routine 2-3 times a week. Did it yesterday and really liked it. Won’t bring out the big guns till I need em. Everything went great but didn’t get night wood. I think this might be because I edged so much the last couple days (like 1-2 hours) a day. I could get really hard right after my workout and got no shrinkage so I guess that’s good right? Can edging to much cause lack of night wood? Maybe I just slept through it I don’t know. Anyways gonna take 2-3 days off and see if it gets better! All I did was jelq for 15 minutes then 1 30 second uli at 70% at the end.
