Starting clamping tomorrow after 7 months of PE Need advice.
I started out 6.25bpx4.9 and am now 7.5bpx5.25. I’m fine with my length and just want to add some girth now.
I’ve been PEing now for 7 months (mainly just jelqing) and want to get into clamping. I’ve been reading Big Girtha’s and Reduzulu’s posts and I find them very motivating. My question is what should my split be? I was thinking of being very conservative, something like 1 on 2 off starting out at 3x3 minutes and adding a minute after every 4th workout with a long 25-30 min warm up. Maybe 5 min of light jelqing before. Another question I have is the erection level on which to clamp. I’ve read some guys say clamp fully erect and other guys like Bib who I think said to clamp around 70% with his uli thing. This seems much safer. I was also thinking maybe I shouldn’t clamp at all and try some more advanced manual exercises like Ulis. Anyways, any advice would be awesome.
