I was thinking….. and would it be a good idea to PE awhile and then take a 1-2 week break and then PE again and take breaks to try and get those Newbie Gains. Or will that not work?

This idea has been around for some time. Although there are different opinions on the durations of PE periods and breaks.

By the way, getting newbie gains is like loosing virginity - happens only once (if at all). :p
