Well, I’ve been at this on and off for about a year and during that time I have had some pretty good results. I started out focusing on length but after not getting any results on that front I moved to girth. I’m now at 5.8 mid and I feel pretty good about it. I would like to make that the measurement all the way down though, since it seems to taper to around 5.3. Does anyone know any way to do that. Also, being pretty content with girth, I have decided to renew my length search. I am about 6.5 nbp now, but I would love to get that to 7.5 nbp. I have started to just go to town stretch-wise while I take a shower, but I don’t have much of a solid routine. I’ve heard good things about jelqing, but I could just never get into it. Not only did I not see results from it, but it gave me horrible hand cramps, which is the real reason I stopped doing it. If I am going to begin length gaining again, would you guys recommend I start jelqing? I’m pretty impressed with what PEing can do, and I hope to gain alot more from it.

I recommend jelqing it’s the main part of what I do and I think most of my length gains so far have come from it (.5” in 1 month).

You shouldn’t worry about the cramps to much, I used to get them but my hands got stronger from doing it every day and so should yours over probably just a few weeks.

Hey rarrarar123 what is your jelqing routine and how long have you been peing now for? That’s pretty impressive man .5” in one month. I had similar length gain results using babis’s modified newbie routine a while back which consisted of only jelqing and 5 light rotary stretches to the left and right. Ive been so busy again here the last 5 months that I havent pe’d in 5 months. I’m going to get back into it again though at a good time probably here in like 3 weeks or a month from now but ill have to see.

If your hands are cramping during jelqing I would offer that your grip is way too tight.

You don’t need to strangle your cock.

Just force the blood up the shaft to the head.

Wet or dry the premis is the same. Take it slow.

Kegel some blood in, get a good grip, relax your kegel and slowly head north.

The process should take about 3 to 5 seconds.

You are not wrestling with your cock just coaxing it to get longer.
