Hi Everyone,

I am just starting again after taking the las 2 weeks off due to fatigue, mostly of my BC muscle. Now my erections are back to normal, and its time to start again, but this time more carefully. I am starting a schedule of jelqing and squeezing every other day and slowly increasing the time and intensity. As far as stretching goes I want to stretch every day and slowly increase the amount of stretching as well. Is it a good plan to have seperate routines and schedules for length and girth, and is it ok to stretch everyday?

Sounds good to me.

Work up the intensity and duration gradually. I don’t know what squeezes you intend to do. Jelqing and stretching are enough for a beginner. If you add in a few squeezes, keep them simple and mild.

static or AI stretch?

Do you think its better to do static stretches (holding for 30 seconds) or AI stretches (2 sec. stretch, 2 sec rest repeated)?



How did your BC- muscle get so exhausted?
I think mine is too..

January 2009: BPEL: 8.6" EG: 5.7"

Goal for 2009: BPEL: 8.75" EG: 6"

Ultimate goal: BPEL: 9" EG: 6.5"

I was doing 3000 BC Flexes each day, this caused too much fatigue I think. Also, do you guys think A stretches are ok for beginners?
