“Hardcore” clamper anyone? And by that I mean 2-3 sets for like 1-2 hours(per set) almost every day without having EQ problems?

Soooo let me see, that makes 4 to 6 hours a day. I don’t think so. Anyone that did that seriously would have gangrene set in before the end of the first day.

From my experience some key things for me follow. I have found even though I am very healthy, a small amount of viagra taken about 30 minutes before I clamp is similar to taking creatine before hitting the gym. I simply get a much better workout. My post workout pumps often last into the following day rather than only an hour or so later. I have worked out my wrap amount and clamp tightness so my clamp stays put against my base and doesn’t move forward while I am clamping. I only use porn when absolutely necessary and my daily clamp session takes the place of my masturbation session. I edge throughout and finally allow myself to orgasm after I have completed my session as my reward. So I am always looking forward to my next clamp session.

I usually clamp once daily for 30-45 minutes.

Well, yes with a few breaks during the set.

I’ve been trying 6 x 10 min almost daily. Warm up is HEAT, 15 min fulcrum stretching followed by more HEAT! I clamp only to the 3rd tooth and keep blood flow moving. I add heat again in the middle and at the last minute. I avoid pain and try to keep it pinkish in color.

Do you big girth gainers do any post workout to stay engorged/plumped/enlongated?

I am after girth and girth only, which will benefit me the most… using a cockring all day with regular massaging or an ADS/extender?

I started at 4.8 inch girth and now im at about 5.75-5.8 inch girth.

For a few months I had no gains what’s so ever. I think I gave up several times only to start again some other time.

I had a tough time having my tunica expand. I think there’s limit to the amount of squeezing you need to do and in order to begin the gaining process I squeezed passed that limit for a couple of weeks until gaining became continous.

I would do supra slammers, I think they are called horse 440s and then end with like 2 10 min clamp sessions.

Sometimes all I would do is clamp for the session. Sometimes all I would do is supra slammers. Mixing it up from time to time.

Also girth kind of creeps up on you. That usually happens after a few days rest. U pull out the tape and its bigger!

Your usually shocked to see a bigger dick.

It took me like 7 months to get to 5.75. I’ve been taking time off for the past few months.

All I can say is that know your threshold and squeeze passed it.
