I thought I’d post a thread where current members can post their routines and have other board members perform a “routine assessment” where criticisms (positive of course) would be made in order to facilitate maximum growth.

I haven’t measured since I’ve started PE and don’t plan to at least until I’m 1 month in. However, I’m still wondering if there is anything more I could be doing.
Essentially my plan is to stick to the newbie routine for 3 months after which I will incorporate other stretches and exercises.
While on the newbie routine, I intend to (as I already have) increase the amount of time stretching/jelqs performed on every 8th day of PE’ing. So I started off with 30 secs in each direction stretching and 200 jelqs per session, and now I’m doing 250 jelqs and 40 seconds stretching. I will keep doing this for 3 months. I am also doing two days on one day off. Anything else you guys could recommend, anything you would change?
