Re starting PE
After a 9 month break of PE now I’m back and I’m 10 times more into this thing because I want more results:) )
My currents stats are BPEL 7,5 inches EG 5 inches. I haven’t lost gains since I stopped PE 9 months ago due to the fact that I was doing some Jelqing from time to time (1-2 times a week, sometimes 0) so I guess these stats are pretty much “cemented”.
I already done sthg like a warm up routine with 10 days of jelqing everyday. Now I am planning on continuing with some hanging..
What do you guys think? Can you suggest me a routine (my goal is still lenght:) )? Should I do the hanging or maybe stretching? Some kind of “new innovative routine” which will make you gain 2 inches in no time?:P
