Hi RB

How much of your initial success with dry-jelqing do you think can be attributed to your mini-sessions throught the day?

I myself love to dry jelq, but can’t seem to fit in 5 small sessions in one day. The most I can fit in is 2, and MAYBE 3 on a good day.

I really don’t know, but I do not that as much pe as you can get in is much better than none at all… :)

Don’t sweat it so much, just make your time very quality oriented, and you should see results…

Just wanted to make sure you weren’t potentially wasting pe time by performing inefficient moves…

Make sure your dry jelq in a downward motion and throw some downward stretching in to hit your ligs if you want to accelerate your length gains…

What about you? Did you jelq in a downward motion? It was my understanding that a low LOT required stretches that are more upward and outward. Or do I have it backwards? :)

Also, I’m not a huge fan of stretches, so when I dry-jelq I usually hold each rep for a second or 2 at the end of each stroke for a light stretch. Can this be effective, or should I really just suck it up and throw in some stretches?

Once your LOT is below 7:00, you are correct in that you should concentrate on upward angles. With a LOT between 8-7, you still have some length potential by lig stretching.

I jelqed both upwards, straight out and downwards when I started. I’m sure the downwards stretched my ligs and prompted my quick initial gains. I have no idea what my starting LOT was, but I assume it was very high, as I gained a lot of length, quickly. I don’t think ligs are near as difficult to stretch as the tunica is…

Just monitor your gains, and if they keep coming, don’t worry about stretching until your LOT dips below 7.
