Recently I have noticed no length gains. I have been stretching straight downwards, and it gives a major pull on my ligs. But when I pull straight out in front of me, I feel no pressure at all. But the tension is the same. Does this mean I need more tunica work? Or lig work? Any ideas or comments woudl be wonderful.

I read your thread on LOT, but I havent being PE’ing enough to give any info. I am a little confused thought on LOT. What does it feel like when there is no tugback? I stretch out straight up and get no feeling at all really. Then as I lower my hand to the 9 and 6 o’clock positions, I feel a tension in my ligs. Is this what you are referring to? If it is, then I start feeling a pulling sensation at roughly 9, and continuing to get stronger until 6. Thanks for helping a newbie out.

No. To find your LOT: Stretch straight up with a little tension. Then kegal. Feel/see the ‘tugback’ Your PC actually should pull your hand back some.

OK, now take a while to perform this. Slowly lower your hand, still stretching, and still kegaling every so often. At some point, as you lower your hand, you will no longer have a tugback effect. This is where the ligs take over, or start to take over from the tunica. IOW, the stress from your test stretch is no longer going down your tunica to the PC, but rather from the upper tunica to the ligs. Sabe?

Okay, thank you for your help. Ill add this into your thread, and I would be quite interested to join your test.

I feel no tug back at 8 o’clock. Its very slight, but not very noticable. My erection angle is 10 o’clock. I am 6.25” NBP. 5” Girth. I have been PEing for about 1 month. So this means I should work my ligs more right?

Hmmm. Self taught. You are correct, hit the ligs.
