Could be worse, I broke my wrist biking a long time ago. But it couldn’t just break normally…nooooooooo, had to break at a weird angle so I had to have surgery. Ten weeks.


It really depends what is more important to you, recovery or PE. But if PE is that important to you then there are many other options to do, some of them were mentioned above.


I have read your stats and first congrats on your gains, you have done extremely well in both departments, length and girth. I am trying to gain length and you seem to have done quite well in that department so I was wondering if you could kindly tell me what was your routine to make such great gains in a such short time.

I would rest both and then get back into it when your wrist is OK.

One quick thought. I might take the time to focus on tunica stretches to try to raise my LOT. One question though; when they say a higher LOT means greater ability to gain, does this mean only with hanging and stretching or with jelqing as well?
