PE Getting Me Down

Hi Guys, ive been doing PE for a while now but i cant see any gains, i pull my dick really hard and jelq all the time, when i first started i used to get an aching dick at the end but now i cant really feel much after my workout. When i see how everyone is 7” + after a few months and im still 6.1” im really gutted im putting in as much as i can and doing it hard when im at it.

I’d like to see what your doing. When I 1st started I went 3months with absolutely no gains. I was very discoraged.

Could be your dick has become accustomed to the stresses you’re applying to it. Have you tried mixing things up, e.g. doing different types of jelqs and stretches? Maybe hanging?

I think PE is alot like regular strength training, in the sense that your body can become acclimated to the exercises, such that they no longer stress/fatigue the muscles sufficiently to initiate growth.

Might want to check into being mentored, maybe one of the heavyweights here can kickstart your PE efforts. Just a thought.

how do i go about mentoring, my routine is:

5mins walm up
10min stretch
10min Jelq + Girth Exercises
10min Strech

I never feel any differenet after doing my workout, im thinking about hanging but the hangers i make always fall off, im uncut and that seems to be where the problem comes from. I just wish i could see something for my efforts, :s Discouraged

Im thinking about taking a break and sometime out to take alook at my routines and maybe start back up in January and start out proberly and more positive and dedicated to this make it my resolution.

If that’s the case, then I’d suspect you’re simply not putting enough into it. Maybe earlier in your PE career what you were doing was sufficient, but that is no longer the case.

I’m sure there are some uncut guys here that would be happy to chime in and help you solve this problem. A quick post in the Hanger’s forum would surely yield some feedback.

We can set you up with a Mentor, but if you’re leaning towards taking a break, then I’d rather not waste their time. Your choice.

Man dont get so down you have to put in the time to get the results. I have been PE’ing on and off for about out 4 years. I go back as far as the forum by arron belmont. I started when I was 16 and have got to keep going till I get were I want to get, whatever it takes time. I have have done and treid everything. I probbablly have a bigger PE arsonal of equipment than anyone else. I will post a picture soon of everything I have. But I still keep going, dont get down get results.

can i make gains with just 20mins sessions a day i mean is it possible, i dont have much time at home and when i do my folks are in and its hard, what methods could i use to get better gains, i think i will go the hanging route soon

If you are wanting to hang privacy can be a big issue, and also I imagine it would take more than 20 minutes a day, unless you could do multiple 20 minute sessions throughout the day, and perhaps use an ADS device the rest of the time.

Most routines that I’ve looked at are a bit longer than yours. Usually they include at least 30 minutes of jelqs plus manual stretches and Kegels. Perhaps you need to give more time to jelqs and make sure they aren’t fast ones. Each stroke should be at least 3 seconds.

Also, Riviera, please use “I” in stead of “i” when you refer to yourself in a post and start sentences with an upper case letter. It makes things easier to read.

I think you definately should do more then 10 minutes of jelking/girth.

Slowly work up to 30 minutes of jelking. For me,first 5-10 minutes is basically warm up and I feel I cant put to much pressure at first

Riviera, I hardly got any results for the first 3 months and all I was doing was wet jelqing 10-15 mins a day every other day. I didn’t know about Thunder’s Place and was really in doubt if it would work. Luckily I didn’t give up and gains started coming ever so slowly. I gained 3/4 of an inch in length and about an 1/8 in girth(having to estimate the girth as I was measuring across the top at that time) after 9 months. Then I stopped for several months and then then started back and gained more for a total of almost an inch in length and almost 1/4 inch in girth doing nothing more than wet jelqing. I had experimented a bit with what is known as fowfers here but not enough for that to have played a part I think. Only after finding Thunder’s have I branched out some now in my exercises. But for so long all I did was jelqing and not much time per day and I gained. I’m thankful I didn’t give up after 3 months. I didn’t have the backup of Thunder’s and was basically just alone with my jelqing and very much in doubt. Don’t give up, you may need to add some time because each person is different to some degree. I’ve recently added manual strectching and fowfers to my wet jelqing routine. I survived it alone, you’ve got support and tons of info to help you through it.

I didn’t get results for YEARS, but then it took off like a shot. Listen to these guys, read everything you can, post a lot, change routines that don’t work, find ones that do. You don’t have to go years like I did, because you have this resource that I did not. You have gotten some golden advice here already, so I am not going to add anything yet. Just don’t give up when you hit a brick wall, learn how to go around it. This stuff does indeed work - just not the same way for everybody. Find your way, it is waiting for you even now. Riviera, you have to want it. Psych yourself up. You want a bigger dick, you need a bigger dick, and by God you are going to get a bigger dick! No go stretch…

What types of stretches do you do? Try to learn the A-stretch. Then do jelqing for about 20-30 min. You’ll feel like you have a new dick in no time!

Also change it up. Try doing stretches STANDING. Then some sitting. It worked for me :)

You should be doing more jelqing and girth exercises in my honest opinion.
