Seems like there’s a lot of mixed signals on the forums.

After 6 months of not growing I was a little upset I heeded all the hundreds of cautions to take it slow.

Then you read threads like this that advocate pushing the limits.

And then there’s the countless threads suggesting it’s a marathon not a sprint, and you should coax gains not force them.

Oh my!

I was so upset because I stop gaining.. I have just read this thread, and intensify my clamping drastically - and guess what!! The soreness is back, I can feel my dong growing like crazy already! Thank You OP!

The balance between pushing the limits and playing safe….glad you brought this back from the past….been months since I seen any gains, got comfortable in my routine…..don’t want to damage my boy, but I think it’s time to step up my game! So true I haven’t been ‘sore’ in ages

I stopped growing months ago. I tried different changes to shock my routine - but nothing worked.

I am now forced to take even a 3 month break due to lifestyle change, but also last year when I took this break, I grew my 1st 1/4 inch during this period. - Hasn’t worked this time.

So tell me what should I do now?

July 2014 BPEL - 5 1/4" BPEG - 6 1/2" (Measured around base)

You may lose some but gains may come back with a vengeance when you start again.

Bump.Still have to figure what a sore penis is. I know what sore muscles are. To the guys with sore penises, how is your EQ after workout, or the day after? Do I have to have a slight decrease in EQ or my penis can be sore with 10 EQ?

It can be sore with amazing EQ. Everyone has to listen to their own penis and determine what’s right. What I do may destroy your penis and not phase someone else. The newbie routine is merely a guide line to help you condition yourself and see some initial gains.

Yes especially after having sex that night. Never viewed it as a bad thing.

Ok yeah it was like 5 hours after light PE but I maturbated before bed. Sore night wood, enough so to wake me.

It’s a delicate balance.It’s important to be mindful with your intentions before you start and present during your workout.

Balance is key just like with everything in life.

With PE you want to find the sweet spot between too much and too little and try to stay in that spot. Very glad I read this.

I started with the mentality that while i want to be careful and take my time i definitely didnt want to risk not doing enough to see gains otherwise i might think this doesnt work for me and stop. I routinely get red dots and or soreness but i look at that as a good thing. Like lifting weights if i work a muscle and dont feel sore in the next day or two i feel like i failed.
