Not growing? Dainty PE, the curse of being a little too careful.
So, you’ve started PEing, you feel pretty good about it. Your dick is nice and plump after your sessions and this feels good. You get to the end of the month and draw out the ruler. Not a sausage (or rather no more sausage). You haven’t gained. Never mind you think, “I can’t gain every month”.
Ever heard that phrase “what doesn’t kill me makes me stronger”. PE is a bit like that only not. With a slight modification the phrase works for PE “what doesn’t make me grow makes my dick stronger (and harder to grow next month)”.
If you aren’t gaining you have to look at what is going on, get your head out of the sand and look at what you are doing. If you dick is a bit plumper after PE but it isn’t at least heading towards sore, you’re masturbating! The game here is PE and PE is about creating controlled trauma.
If you spend one month on a routine and you don’t grow, you need to look at that routine and either improve the way you are doing it or change it completely.
All the old timers here are probably reading this and thinking “yeah but it gets harder as you go on, you grow less, you need more force, blah, blah, blah”. All very fine and true but if you ain’t getting anything from your routine, why the fuck are you bothering. Shift up or down or around to find a routine that does work for you. Also when you were gaining, was it because you weren’t bored to death with PE? Are you really putting in the effort you were?
At this point the hangers are thinking “I don’t need effort I just slap on the weights”. Superb, but are you gaining? If you aren’t gaining why is that? Is it maybe because you don’t even bother to jelq anymore. The big secret about hanging is that hangers also jelq! Read up on posts from hangers who’ve gained and watch the for the “(cough) (cough) 10 minutes jelging” with the ones who are gaining. Again, we are talking about creating trauma and the very best way you can avoid trauma is by getting your dick conditioned to carrying large weights in exactly the same way for exactly the same amount of time each day.

So if you aren’t gaining. Look at your routine. You might be concentrating on length but gaining nothing. Go girth heavy in your routine and see what that does, it may well stilumate length gains. Let’s say you’re gaining girth but can’t gein length. Look at how you are stretching or hanging. Are you applying heat during your session, do you switch around your directions enough?
I hereby declare March “Dumping dodgy routines month”. Take your routine and throw it in the bin if it isn’t working. Take a couple of days off, and come back with all the panache of someone committed to growing and for Jebus sake if your new routine ain’t working after a month trash it and start again.
Go out there and kick some dick or something. OK well that doesn’t work as a phrase but you get the point.
