Just wondering if there is anyone like me who doens’t hang but is confident that they can still make sufficient gains?

Not that I am confident because I need reasuring, i really want a Bib hanger but I live in the UK and also as a student money is a bit tight at the moment. unfortunately I am also crap at making things so I would probably end up killing my dick! LOL

Anyway, do you think I can properly work the ligs etc with manual stretches and jelqing, ulis, horses? My LOT is 8.00 so I would like to do stretches because my typical routine involves mainly if not all jelqing precedures.

What do you guys think?

I have chatted with many in the chat room who have made substantial gains without using hanging devices i.e. they use manual stretching and all the other exercises on here. I have never wanted to use weights or stretching devices on mine. Guess I don’t want to risk hurting the only one I have!

You are young and have plenty of years ahead to work on PE. So I would work away and be dedicated. I think you will do well.

What are you starting stats? Sorry if you have posted them elsewhere.

My starting stats were about (not entirely sure): 6.25NBP x 4.5
i am now about 7.6BP x5.25 at base 5midshaft

Ant, I gained over an inch of girth, and quickly. I’d recommend 3 things: (1) Wet jelq while at least 80% erect - preferably more, (2) dry jelqs, and (3) “Holds” around the base (1st kegel blood into penis to max it out, then clamp the base with your hands….hold for awhile, & repeat for several sets). I also recently tried using a strip of velvet, tied into an 8” loop, & twisted tight with a 2” bit of pencil - very close to base & very tight (make sure you keep your pubes trimmed). This last exercise gets me really engorged & veiny. Try this routine for about 3 months, I think you’ll like it.

Jelqist-I am using a stretch that can be done for a long period of time instead of hanging. If you would like to know about it let me know. CL

Jelqist-This is something I was doing because I didn’t have the time or privacy to hang. I called it the UTL-or under the leg stretch. I posted about it and MEMENTO thought it had been around for a while. I use this as an extended stretch an still do the blasters by DLD.

Lay down on back and bring knees to chest. Reach around outside of leg and under leg and grab penis. Lower feet to floor but still keep knees bent.

Pressure can be applied in two ways- one by sliding feet down or by letting knee drift outward which will move upper leg and hand.

You can develop as little or as much pressure as you would like since there is little hand fatigue. It is very easy to overstretch so be careful.

If you would like a more straight down stretch do the same only lift one butt cheek and reposition hand.

I usually do them while watching tv for around 30 minutes- switching hands about every 3 minutes.

Cheers, just tried them out and you get a really good strecth from them. I’ve decided that when I’m just lying about in my rooom watching tv etc. i will make more of the time by stretching at every oppertunity.


You can also do Lazy Ass Stretches, coined by DLD. I do them sitting at my computer. Simply pull your penis between you cheeks and sit on it, first one cheek, then the other, 15 minutes each cheek. frees up your hands and you can keep working.

Start 2/1/03 FBP: L: 3.25", G:3.00" EBP: L: 5.85", G:4.25" 7/7/03 FBP: L: 5.50", G:5.25" EBP: L: 7.00", G:5.25"

Lazy Ass Stretches are _intense_!

With a LOT of 10:30, I found that these Lazy Ass Stretches are the most productive stretches I’ve ever tried. However, I use a modified version.

I pull the penis straight down and then back, not to any specific side. Then I sit down on it. Now, I lean back and thrust my pelvis forward. The stretch that this gives is absolutely amazing. I feel the ligs burn after about 30 seconds. I use 30 sets of 3 minutes each, which really isn’t a big deal since I spend about 3 hours on the computer a night.

Wadzilla- I really need some girth! I’m at around 4.3 right now. How often do you do the 3 steps you mentioned? (times per day, frequency per week)

I’m thinking about jelqing twice a day since I haven’t seen results on a once a day routine. What do you think?

I have only ever used manual stretching and jelqing and have gained 1 1/2 inches in length and half an inch in girth - in a year.
