Cementing hanging gains VIA clamping?
Once I have reached my length goal via hanging, then it would be time to cement gains.
Instead of cementing gains with hanging, can I cement my length gains with clamping?
This would be great if you can because while clamping I would be making girth gains and at the same time I would be cementing my length gains (everything I gained from hanging). I might even gain new length slightly via clamping.
