Hi, I’m new here. I’ve been doing some dry jelking for about 6 months. I’ve read so many frightening info that I’ve been very careful with my dick. Actually, I’m still not sure about the long term effects of PE. First, I want to keep my 1 o’clock erection; second, I want to keep my upward curve; three, I don’t want to get a bend to one side penis. There’s also something I don’t understand about kegels. Everyone says that kegels help erections. I really don’t want to contract my butts and my PC during lovemaking in order to maintain an erection. To me, erection has little to do with muscle. Why trying to assist a week erection that way?

Anyway, my measurements are 7 nbpel (almost no difference as I’m very lean) and 6 in girth at the base. I would have wanted to be 8.5 by 7 but it seems impossible. Would that be possible only by jelqing? Are stretches really safe? Does it modify the erection angle? The fact is that we always see dicks pointing at 3 o’clock here. Believe me, all the information are very confusing even though this site is very interesting.

I’ve not been jelking very intensely even though regularly. Only my flaccid measurements seem to have improved. I would like to get very safe exercise suggestions to make slow progress.

Doing kegels to strengthen the PC muscle outside of lovemaking will help with maintaining a solid erection when you are having sex. You can do kegels during lovemaking for fun, but not necessarily as a way to maintain an erection. Doing kegels strengthens the muscle so that it can do its job better when you need those erections.

Since you’ve been doing dry jelqing for 6 months, you could try some light stretching to see if your dick can handle it. Just start out light.

If you want to be very safe, I would stick to a more jelq-based routine (make sure you use hot wraps before and after your sessions). I’ve been sticking to jelqing (though sometimes I throw in some light stretching every few days), and I feel that it’s very safe and effective.

bigope, I has some of the same fears during my whole first year. Any little twinge of discomfort I felt I was convinced I hurt myself. I think that these fears are good in a way and I know they were beneficial to keeping me injury free. As time went on my confidence level in these exercises became greater and Many of the fears simply disapeared. Jumping into PE with no fears could mean injury. I think our brains are set up to to be on guard until we feel secure and this is good. I can tell you from my own experience that my erection angle has actually improved, my penis has a cool upward curve (see my side picture) My slow but steady increase in trust, security and intensity in PE has kept. me safe but growing.
