Newbie Routine Question

The routine suggests that after 6 weeks you should be at 30mins of jelqing. Did most of you actually work up to 30mins that fast? Or did you keep it at 20mins. I have the time I’m just curious.

I do 10 sets of 20 jelqs each which adds up to 200 jelqs total, which usually takes me 15-20 minutes. Just recently I started doing more jelqs, after the 10 sets I will just keep jelqing till I feel I’ve done enough. I recently started working on PE again so I plan on working my way up to 40-50 minutes during the next month or so.

I think it just depends on how much time you want to dedicate to it, also how intense your workouts are. Usually if I wake up the next day and don’t have morning wood then I make my workout a little less intense.

Im still learning my self so this is just my opinion based on my experience so far.


Start: 1/22/13 NBPEL 5" EG 5.25"

Short Term Goal NBPEL 6" EG 5.5"

Goal NBPEL 7" EG 6"

After several months I’m still stuck at around 100 jelqs per on day. This takes me what, 8 minutes? Going beyond that, I’ve injured myself. Not going beyond that I’ve made significant gains. It works differently for everyone.


February '16: 173 mm BPEL (6.81") 132 mm MEG (5.20")

November '18: 190 mm BPEL (7.48") 137 mm MEG (5.39")

Goal: A sustained 7.7" by 5.8" during intercourse

I stuck to the newbie routine religiously when beginning. Whilst I didn’t see results for months, it definitely conditioned me to the point that I could ramp up my routine and not injure myself. I haven’t deviated far from the newbie routine, just added kegels before strokes (which when I started felt very risky), and increased the time in which I do them. ymmv.


The aim: to be unable to fit in a cigar cutter.
