What you are talking about are the Horse440 Squeezes, and they should NOT be done when still a newbie IMO. The penis needs to be accommodated first. A few months of the newbie routine should be done before.

ok, sorry. After all this years, idk what is new and what is not anymore.

I would definitely ease into the horse440s or any other exercise like that. My only pe scare came from either that or sadsak. I think that is what it was called. You are dealing with large amounts of pressure.

I am from a more is more school of thought, but safety is extremely important.

Interesting bscentral……..do you always try keeping your unit in a expanded state? I think my unit has grown accustom to heavy sessions and the expansion stays for around 2/3rds of the day but never sticks. If i rest it just goes back to normal girth so am thinking about dry jelqs midday to keep the expansion 24/7 for a few weeks at a time. What are your thoughts?

Id love to hear your PE story! And your thoughts on the more is more and why.

I am not to worried about keeping it in an expanded state. I am a grower, which sometimes I can’t stand. However, my most shrunken state is larger than it used to be several years ago.

I personally don’t think it it a bad thing to throw in some manuals through the day. I would just track it and build up.

I wouldn’t advocate just adding 200 additional slow jelqs in the middle of the day. Start small, stay consistent, and build.

I personally do not think that keeping things in a expanded state throughout the day will do anything for increasing girth. Just like I think edging is a cool exercise for other reasons, I don’t think it helps in girth. If the goal is to show more then yes these things might help.

But in my opinion to expand beyond your normal boundaries then your penis needs to be pulled or expanded beyond the normal. This is purely my opinion. I would also never suggest to keep things beyond your normal expansion for the entire day or even long periods of time.

Now keeping your penis expanded within normal limits might help with blood flow, increasing flaccid length, and who knows what else. I just can’t imagine increasing girth by staying within normal pressure range.

In regards to “more is more”, I just think that once the newbie gains have happened that we probably need to increase time or tension. Now this has to be balanced with our own risk vs reward. The risks can be pretty severe if someone is an idiot.

Thanks for the response, very clear and precise opinion. I’ve been pe’ing for a fair while and done so many routines in different ways that I’ve muddied the water and lost track of what and how i got to where i am and am now stuck at a brick despite gaining very little girth in the time. I’ve become a bit clueless with it all. I’ve gained my length without any effort but i just cant crack the girth.
You are right in what u said and explains why my flaccid is substantially bigger than what it was when i started. I’m simply struggling to translate the feedback my unit is giving me through response to routines to make the correct judgments and amendment to translate it all into erect girth gains.
Hopefully i will get there but i feel my unit is now to tough and accustomed to all these methods so a mini de-con break may be necessary.
