As most of you know I have never really hung, I did a little with some basic home made hanger that I had, but it wasn’t very comfortable so I never liked it. Well I finally got a bib and I got to tell you I was really impressed it’s built like a tank, I couldn’t believe how heavy it was. I looked at the wrapping pictures in the hanging forum and had this thing on and was hanging in less than 10 minutes. It was so comfortable that I had to not let myself hang that much weight, I wanted to add the weight but I forced myself to take it slow. At this time I don’t have huge amounts of time for pE and it will get worse before better so I’m not really going to be able to give the bib a real good workout but I will do it when I have the time. I was just really happy about this product so I had to post it, usually when you order something over the net it’s less than what you expect but this was much more.

Seriously, consider doing those stretches in the AM for about 10 minutes then hang in the evening (or vice/versa). The stretches are great pre-fatiguers for the lig and keep it supple. I will be starting a stretch/hang routine in about 10 days or so.

After 1 year of hanging with some time off. I have to say that all of my length gains since than have come from hanging and that the bib is excellent. I’m a slow gainer and the bib seem to be the only way for me to get a length gain manual stretching seems to do nothing for me at all.

I don’t use weight I use a sneaker size 12 eee wide width full of coins I estimate it’s about 20 pounds. And I add weight by dropping the money from my pants into the sneaker when I get home from work so I go up very slowly. I just added 62 cents. It seems to be the time more than anything that gets me the gain.

I agree about the time factor. Let’s face it, we can momentarily apply great stress to our units with no visible gains whatsoever. But take a fractionth of that weight (say 7-10 lbs) and start hanging in 15-20 minute sets, and you’ll definitely see changes.
That deep stretch from the pubis is what I’ve noticed most about hanging. Let’s face it, you really can’t equal that with manual stretches. Furthermore, I hate how sore & aching my hands become after a prolonged stretch session - like I have freakin’ arthritis or something.
But time for me is also a problem. To get wrapped, hooked up, and hanging - I need at least an hour uninterrupted (and without the chance of interruption - i.e., kids not home). Lately, that’s been tough. And I’ve been so tired from work lately that I can’t even stay up late enough to do it (I’ve been falling asleep before my 16-year-old), so I’m kind of pissed.
Then I got the damn lig injury. So I’m on injured reserve for the moment.

Thanks guys, I also found with hanging my dick will work fine afterwards but when I was doing heavy manual stretches not only did I not get gains I also couldn’t get it up for several hours afterward. This would only happen after a heavy duty session but it sucks I had a girlfriend stop by one time after I did a session and she was all horned up and I was lucky she had a very talented mouth because my dick felt like rubber not skin. Even with her mouth I only could get a level 2 out of 4 hard on. Manual stretches seem to put to much stress on the nerves.
