I am trying many advanced moves to mix in to my routine. I have been doing a variation of DLD blasters for some time now. It helped cement my length gains..After I pull straight down for about 15 minutes, varying hands, of course, I alternate 10 minutes of “pull ups”…I get an mind blowing stretch by this:

Get it very warm..hot almost to loosen the ligs…seated, grab under the head with an OK grip, palm down…pull straight up to your chest and move your upper body down as if your trying to suck your dick or do a crunch….now press your hand against your body as high up as you can…I can reach just below my sternum….now here’s the pull…slowly pull you upper body up, keeping your hand in the same spot on your body where it was when you were bent over….feel an intense stretch..now kegle. You should feel a stretch that feels like you are going to pull your dick off…

Tried this move this morning. Because I’m wearing the BallZinger, I wake up around 5:00am with a woody so stiff a cat can’t scratch it. I grab under my balls with all my fingers and right at the top of the base with my thumbs…I squeezed them together and got a nice pumped, stretched effect..I thought about this from reading an article about Bib and how he did this…well I kegled, got a good grip and pushed down directly on the top ligs with my thumbs as hard as I could, and moved my thumbs slowly back and forth against them…I did not bend my boner downwards, I just pushed very hard against the base ligs…I could feel my fundiform ligs, but even better, I could actually feel my tunica..I was able to pull up and push down directly on it..as I type this I am sore from this move and feel I got a very good stretch…since my erections stand straight up, the pressure on the push down was intense to say the least…

More to follow…I am getting back into PE I am my body has to have change to grow…so I am always modifying and trying variations of exercises…

I am still very sore in the ligs from the “base lig pushdowns while erect” yesterday morning…I can feel it up in my lower abs even all the way down my shaft about 2 inches…

the “circle base OK” movement I’m doing, I had two pops last night in a hot shower…and every circular motion I do, I feel the ligs moving and shifting…last night I pushed the full circle range as hard as I could and felt two distinct pops…

for those of you who manual stretch in the shower, Ive’ found a soap that removes ALL the oils from your skin and gives me an incredible grip…doesn’t slip even under the water…it’s the men’s soaps from Bed, Bath and Beyond…Woodland and Glacier Bay are my favs…depending on the type of water you have, soft or hard, I get a grip that rivals a dry grip with powder and holding it under hot water is good for lig stretch…

The semi-erect bends I’m doing now are starting to show results for girth…1/4” gain at the base and 1/8” gain over the entire shaft in a very short time…I’m at over 7” at the base now and can barely get my OK grip around it…I am also bending down, feeling the stretch along the top of the shaft directly hitting the ligs…hopefully will work on length gains…

I am still wearing the BallZinger almost all day and night…I am wearing the thickest boxers I can find and go to the bathroom every hour or so to wet it down…moisture is the key…I immediately get a semi and keep it all day when it is moist…balls are still very big and full feeling…
