Tunica moves and how to do them

A lot of us who did the LOT test will realise that its time to start work on the tunica since our ligs are nice and long. So I thought I would start this thread where people can post new or existing techniques they find useful to target the tunica, so they are all in one place for people designing their new routine. Also people who search later on will find a load of moves they might want to try.

If you do a move that has been posted already but differently, then post your variation of it.

These are the two techniques I do at the moment:

HANGING OTS

I do hanging over the shoulder by hooking the weights on the hanger with a long chain which I stole from the dog. Putting a towel on your shoulder is a wise thing to do if you dont like pain. The problem with this angle is the friction loss of the chain or rope on the shoulder, a pulley type system would be better but I cant get one set up at the moment. I would love to hear how everyone else does this angle, I have always found it awkward.

HANGING SO

Hanging straight out is easy to do, you just shuffle back in your seat and let the weight hang off the edge of the chair. If you lean forward you should be able to get more stress on the tunica.

Please do not ignore this thread or I will do something really nasty to you. I havent decided what yet, but it will be nasty. Post your moves now.

I never tried this. When you put the weights over your left shoulder I assume it’s hitting more your right penis side. When do you put it over your right shoulder? Vice versa, every 10 minutes?

Another one is jelktoid’s method with the rod. You place the hanger over the rod and you can sit down.

Yeah, it’s awkward, but also pretty cool if you’re doing Blasters while hanging. You can scrunch your shoulders forward to reduce the pull, and lean back to increase it, using the drag of the rope/strap/chain over your shoulder to your advantage.

I prefer using the cabinet door handle I screwed under my desk. It’s an old, hefty bastard, secured with 4 screws. Some will say a pulley is better because the friction losses are less. Combined with my rocking desk chair, the extra friction is again an aid to doing Blaster-style hanging.

I’m currently stretching my prick over a hard plastic vaccum cleaner hose extension, mostly straight out left, right and middle… I also am stretching to the side while lying down, like trying to pull my shaft to the floor over my waist.

For this position I don’t use weights, I attach a leather strap to my Bib hanger and position it around my neck. It gives me a nice stretch using the resistance from my back and shoulders it really hits the ligs as well.

For this position I do use weights (35lbs), while sitting on the couch I have them hanging over the seat of the chair and every five minutes I lean forward to get the intense pull you described for 2 minutes.

I used to hang straight down with 20lbs of weight for 20 min, but since BIB has taken PE to a more scientific level I’ve split the 20min into the OTS and SO postions.

Hey, I have your LOT at 8:00. That means you can probably still make some good gains from lig stretch. Why are you not still hitting the lower angles? Maybe I missed something.

The way I understood it, If my loss of pull back was at 6:00 then I needed to concentrate stretching/hanging at 9:00 or higher.

We all know the lig stretch gives faster gains for those with hig LOT. But we who already feel the thug back at 6 o’clock need to stretch the tunica… What about tunica gains? Anyone made big gains from this stretch, like 1” or more? Is it possible to compare tunica stretch with lig stretch when it comes to speed or gaining?

I think this research made of Bib is quite revolutionary! Thanks to you! :-)

My mistake. I do have your LOT at 6:00. You need to concentrate on the higher angles.

That would be hard to determine without starting LOT values. However, for the current low LOT gainers, and judging by their gains per month, there are several who have gained over one total inch in the study.

The lower gain per month group averages 0.0338 inches per month, or about 0.40 inches per year. That is probably a fairly good approximation of what a really tough collagenous tissue could do under fairly consistant stress. While slow, over five years, that would be two inches on average.

I would really like to read some more manual tunica stretching ideas because I like to do them in bed on a morning and at night. You would be surprised at how much extra PE you can do when you dont sleep well.

Hehe SS4Jelq I discovered the same thing yesterday night! When it comes to lig stretching to gain fast we need to stress those ligs. Maybe we stress them by hanging or manual stretching. We do that for anything between 10 minutes a day to hours. But what about tunica stretching? They are tougher, so do we need to stress them longer and more often? Maybe we can figure out tunica stretching program here in this thread and we with low LOT can then post our gains and routine etc?

I guess I did my 0.5” gain mostly from lig stretching. I did gain this first month and next month I gained nothing at all. Yesterday I checked my LOT and figured out it was somewhere between 6-7.30 so I don’t think I´ll benefit more from it. I did PE last autumn and became ^7,2 that means a 0,8” gain. I stopped and lost it all. This is my comeback.. And though I lost some courage of becoming 7,5 I am convinced I can pass the 7” mark!

Tunica gains are harder to come by than lig gains, and thats about all that can be applied to everyone, since limiting factors vary in strength from person to person. Something to do with how tough the collagenous fibers are in each individual. One guy’s tunica might be easier to stretch than another guy’s ligs.

Okey thanks for your post SS4Jelq… Hm, I´ll try 40 min manual tunica stretch… One 20 minute training in the morning and one in the evening, 6days on 1 off…. It would be interesting to keep in touch with you, SS4Jelq and other hard gainers to see how it goes with our growing….

even if its calculated to 0,338 inches(average gain)/month… That means 0,4 inch/year… That kind of gain keeps me encouraged at least! :-)
