Modest effort, modest gains
Today marks three months of hanging with Bib’s wonderful invention. I started with 7 3/4 bp, 7 1/4 nbp. Nbp is what matters to me, but I’ll use bp for accuracy here.
Three twenty minute sets with ten min. breaks, four days a week for three months and here’s what I’ve gained:
Just a C - hair more than an eighth of an inch (5/32”). We’ll call it 1/8.
Very minimal I know, but on a positive note, in 15 months at that rate I’ll be 8 1/2 BP and more importantly A STRAIGHT 8 NBP.
I have a problem handling heavier weight which hinders gains but the important thing is…
SLOW GAINS ARE BETTER THAN NO GAINS.
