Manual stretching vs ADS ???

Hi !

I was wondering if it’s any use doing manual stretching exercises if you also use ADS? I am planning a new routine where I will do ADS during the days and then 30 min Jelq on day1, 3x10 min clamp on day2 and 30 min stretching on day three….

Is the stretching any useful or is it just the same as with ADS?

I think that stretching puts more force on the penis, meaning a stronger stretch, while the ADS applies lower force but for longer durations. So for length a combination of stretching and ADS would be the best.

I use the ADS everyday I can. Sometimes only an hour one day.. Up to about 5hours if I get the time.

I will have a shower, then do some manual stretching, only 5-10 mins or so. Then put the ADS on. I think it’s better to have your penis stretched out before putting it in the ADS because the ADS is a low tension pull, so already stretching it out, the ADS keeps it in a longer state then your normal flaccid. Sometimes I can leave the stretcher on for about 2 hours at a time, give it a half an hour break, and do some more sets though out the day.

Then I do a full set of manual stretching and jelqing at night, after another hot shower

In theory your idea seems good, but I have some problems to do it.

I like stretching, I gained 2” erect in 2 years and only 1” flaccid. In my case the ADS seems to have a turtling effect. In other words after 50 minute of stretching my penis wants to rest.

Another possibility is to do several little sessions of stretching and/or dry jelq during the day.

But I think we are all different and there are a lot of roads to reach the goal.

I’m finding that wearing my ADS almost every weekday is defiantly making my flaccid bigger, in both length and girth. And I my erect is feeling alot longer and harder not sure about girth though.
