Manual stretching so far
I give up with manual stretching I think I gained maybe half an inch or less in the last 3 months but the exercises don’t seem to put enough tension anymore.
It just doesn’t seem to bring in the gains ( I use the powerjelq device for manual stretching ). I haven’t tried DLD blasters yet but I’m thinking about going into hanging. What do you guys think? Should I try blasters before starting hanging? Also what products for hanging/stretching do you guys recommend and have had great results with?
