I read in a large swedish newspaper the other day about kegels for women. It stated that lying straight down on your back gave you the best results.

The woman on the picture in the paper actually had a doctor standing beside her encouraging her to push harder. “Within a year, you’ll be able to hold it for two minutes!” Wish i had one of those doctors.

So basically: If you’re having trouble sleeping, try counting kegels instead of sheep. =)

1 year to hold it for 2 minutes? That’s not so extraordinary. I can hold it for 4 minutes and only 4 months… >.>

Try kegeling while you’re walking and start running as you hold it for longer and tell me the difference.
