LOT question
Does visual tugback refer to the head or the base? When I test for tugback there is a flinch at the base even when there is no movement at the head. Hope that makes sense.

There will always be a movement at the base, because that is where your PC muscle is. Its not only a visual tugback but its also a feeling of tugback I feel in my ligaments. The visual tugback refers to the head!
