So I’m a beginner PE’er and tested the LOT theory and it appears I have tugback at every lot. It becomes weaker and a lot less noticeable at 8:00 - 9:00 o’ clock but it’s still there.. Even at 6 o’ clock. I have been doing manual stretches downwards left and right, down, up, and out. This is only my second day of PE.. So should I go a month of trying manual stretching to see if I make any gains or should I switch to tunica stretching right now?
