Looking back after 13 months…Wow, I’d change a lot because I haven’t any success yet.
I probably would have given the newbie routine a full 3 months.
I would like to go back and have a different attitude as well. I wish I would have approached PE with the attitude of “you might gain” and not the “you’re going to gain” attitude. I think then I would have been less inclined to do the “quit - start - quit - start” cycle when I don’t make gains. Somewhere along the lines I missed the PE disclaimer that read “some people won’t make many gains, if any.”
I also wish I would have learned how to take accurate measurements much sooner.
