Gentlemen, let’s analyze the situation a little. Now in my opinion, men who are blessed with length but lack girth will have a harder time gaining girth, men who suffer from shorter (Not Smaller) penises will have a better chance of gaining more girth than the longer penis. I believe in the rubber band effect myself;the wider the rubber band, the longer it can stretch, and over time it won’t retract, it’ll remain the same length it was stretched out to. Consider hanging as an temporary, yet forceful stretch. Also consider buying an extender to wear after your hanging sessions, and apply a minimum amount of heat to cement new growth. This is a theory I’m working on, and yes I’ll be the first to test it out.

I am having this problem too. I just can’t seem to make any more length gains for he past year or so. I’ve tried stretching, hanging, and ofcourse jelqing, which is the only thing I am currently doing. I just hate all kinds of stretches. To allow hard stretching, I gotta use a death grip on my penis and it feels like I’m crushing the tissue. Following an intense stretching routine I always get some retraction, sore skin, and my dick just doesn’t feel healthy as it does after jelqing. This is why the concept of a vaccu hanger interests me, maybe I’ll have to do some research on that topic.

I think I may have already “used up” all my stretching/ligament gains. I’ve gained about 0.75” solely from stretching in the past (All day stretcher). But I could never go back to wearing that cumbersome thing all day long. My ligs still get sore, but I think they unfortunately might have adapted to point where they just won’t give me gains anymore.

But maybe I’ll just go ahead and add in some stretching anyways, any tips on how to help make my skin less sore? And should I go with simple manual stretches in all directions, primarily straight out, or more complex stretches such as the A-stretch?

Pumping has given me length gains before, though it was back in the old days when gains came rather easy, I might have to try this again. Old pump is long gone, but I’ve already ordered The harbor freight tools pump (not just gotta find a cheap cylinder). People have reported significant length gains from pumping.

FYI, I do all my workouts under a toasty 250 watt IR lamp; once you PE under this you’ll never PE without one :)
