Thunder's Place

The big penis and mens' sexual health source, increasing penis size around the world.

Just bought my infra red light.

It’s not safe to look DIRECTLY into the light, you can stand up do your routine with it on your cock, and just look down!

Has anyone tried a halogen heater like this one http://boqiang.en.alibaba.com/produ…gen_Heater.html

They are dirt cheap and very powerful. I imagine it would be like doing PE in front of an open fire, sounds appealing and very “back to basics” somehow :)

For those of us in USA, go to WalMart! They have the ceramic light socket / reflector-clamp combo that is rated for the wattage and heat for about $8.00! You can purchase the IR bulb there also for about $7.00.

Great combo, and because it is a ceramic socket, it is TOTALLY the right thing to use with the heavy duty IR light.

I liked it so much, I made a bank of 3 mounted on heavy duty adjustable stand. My wife loves it! She puts it right by the bed and lays under it like lying in the sun on a hot day!

Very, very relaxing!

thanks guys, I thought the light being reflected would also not be good for your eyes…..

Where in Walmart do you get each of those?

One of these days folks the marketing department of one of these infrared bulb companies is going to try and discover who the hell is buying all of these lights.

Amazon stocks them, I’m in UK got mine from amazon.co.uk but I’m sure the US site does them too. Search for Infrared Lamp

The US Site doesn’t have it…

Collagen tissues extension

Just read from www.sixthpillar.com/nikken/saunainfo.html#Anchor-23522 :

<<1. Infrared heat increases the extensibility of collagen tissues.
Tissues heated to 45 degrees Celsius and then stretched exhibit a nonelastic residual elongation of about 0.5 to 0.9 percent that persists after the stretch is removed. This does not occur in these same tissues when stretched at normal tissue temperatures. Therefore 20 stretching sessions can produce a 10 to 18 percentage increase in length of tissues heated and stretched.

Stretching of tissue in the presence of heat would be especially valuable in working with ligaments, joint capsules, tendons, fasciae, and synoviurn that have become scarred, thickened, or contracted. Such stretching at 45 degrees Celsius caused much less weakening in stretched tissues for a given elongation than a similar elongation produced at normal tissue temperatures.

Experiments cited clearly showed low-force stretching could produce significant residual elongation when heat is applied together with stretching or range-of-motion exercises. This is safer than stretching tissues at normal tissue temperatures. >>

Sounds good, doesnt’t it ?
This can also explain why ancient PE techniques all come from warm countries…

That’s 113 degrees F!! That’s really hot for the human body. Try entering a hot tub @ 106. Feels like your skin is going to peel off. Doesn’t matter. This is my new approach to PE for now. I think it shows the most promise. Also - maybe the combo of a Penimaster and IR light after a hard manual workout under the light will make shorter ADS sessions worth while. I would guess that even light tension might cause tissue to plasticize at high temp.

Don’t know if you remember - I began a Penimaster routine about a year and a half ago, with an excel spreadsheet for tracking and projecting results. Anyway, couldn’t get the necessary daily hours in due to lack of privacy/inability to wear at work.

I have a feeling this could be the holy grail of PE - striving for safely super-heating the tissues to facilitate the stretch. We have to be careful here, though - at what temp can nerve tissue survive?? I think it must be pretty high, as I know for a fact that my dick and ears get superheated in the sauna where the dry temp is 180-195 degrees F with no apparent problems.

Read that article a few weeks ago, that’s why I also do my routine under the red light.

The thing is, i guess skin temperature might get up to 45 °C but I doubt that you can reach the same temperature underneath. I guess I can achieve 40 °C max. But that is just a speculation. And, I don’t really care because I currently see no other way in increasing tissue temperature to much more than that with another technique. So, this is the best-possible solution for me, currently.

Regarding gains, I believe this really helps. I have been doing that for about 4 weeks now. In the last 2 Month i’ve gained 0.6” in BPEL and 0.4” EG and i devote most of the gains to my penis being grilled to medium-rare under the redlight.

Regarding the nerves, can’t believe this temperature is damaging, everybody can by those lamps without any perscriptions. If it were dangerous, I guess you would not be able to get that stuff so easily.

So, I’m going to go on doing my routine under the red light. Feels good, and gains are good.

My penis can take way more heat then the rest of my body, I get really good gains from a good workout infront of my light, also a healthy tan glow :)

But I’ve found I became lazy with the excercises at 1st buying this but as long as you do the exce5rcises that have got you gains and anytime you go cold soon after put it under that lamp.

At work when my unit goes cold I just grab and squeeze for 5 minutes, constant heat seems to HELP gains so much, but still remember to kegel, stretch and jelq if you want permanent gains.

Infrared is Radiant heat. It’s important to understand the difference in transfer methods in order understand the greater penetration ability of IR over other methods without burning the skin, and why a sauna showing 180F isn’t cooking you alive. There’s a basic description here: http://www.mansfieldct.org/schools/…convcondrad.htm

Another article I read about stretching ligaments pointed to COOLING DOWN the ligs while STILL STRETCHED following heating/stretching. You guys have not mentioned that. Some guys talked about putting an ice pack on there, in fact, while holding the strretch they got while heating. To “freeze” the gain. What do you think?

*I measure PRE-WORKOUT, normal erection* Started: 7 EBP x 4.9 EG. Several years on and off PE, now 8.125 EBP length x 5.5 EG midshaft (5.8 base). Working on girth (clamping) again after breaks due to injuries - fast recent gains! Pics

I’ve been in ‘deconditioning’ for over 50 days now. I don’t have all the gear handy to start my next jaunt, but what I’m looking at is as follows:

1. The ‘chinese grip’ device mentioned recently from mcmaster to provide a sustained grip (probably with wrap), $7.80 I think.
2. The 3x 1/2 hour p/w workout with fixed stress/strain of around 1500g and 5 min intervals before increased stress (as opposed to permanent hanging or sprung ADS).
3. Infrared. This to me is the most fundamental method that should be incorporated no matter what the protocol.

I don’t have a device or the tooling to incorporate the above right now, but I believe that’s where I’m heading. I’ll incorporate the ‘cool down’ into the protocol also. I don’t think it’ll include an ice pack, but instead a defined time to let it naturally cool off over a further 30mins or so while being elongated.
