Jelqing Against My Lot Does It Really Work
After following the newbie routine for some time, I have been jelqing against my LOT.
Some things that are confusing are different people saying different things
Some people say that you are supposed to jelq against your LOT and stretch against your LOT
Others say jelq in all directions and stretch in all directions
I stretch in all directions and then jelq against my LOT which is 5 (ish) up and straight out
Does this sound reasonable or should I just stretch against it also?
