I think it is too. Actually is it over 7”. I could hardly believe it the first time I did it. However, the second time around, another weekend, I did it again and then I was convinced. I also have a quirky way of clamping. I do not reccomend this to others at all but I squeeze my unit in places while clamping to make it swell even more. I don’t just sit there with the clamps on. This is probably refered to as extreme clamping and like I said, I do not reccomend it to others. It hurts like a bugger but I feel I get the results that I want to see.

Actually, I find it the opposite for me. Every time I have measured length being clamped I am the same. Clamping seems to do nothing for my length at all. This is the reason I was happy to see my results yesterday.

Also, another reason I measure when clamped is because I am 50 years old. Please understand, hard-ons are completely different when you are older than when you are young. Esecially when you are on blood pressure meds. Even off the meds, you no longer have the rock hard, raging erections that last for an hour unless you do something about them. The reality is they get nice and hard if you are excited and are doing something with them. However as soon as she stops and you rest just a bit, it starts going down, quickly. I never had this happen before. Mine was always a raging hard-on that demanded attention. Not at 50. This is probably why taking pictures don’t work for me.

Now let me say this, when I do clamp and measure it is when I first put the clamps on. We are not talking about a lot of stretching time and workout time. Just a nice full penis pumped up well. This is why, if you notice, I do not consider my girth over 7”. It is not that way when I first put on the clamps. It is at 6.25” around the scar area.

So, for me, I find measuring in a clamp a much better solution.


Mr. V, the jelq roll seems like a pretty good exercise. I may add it to my routine one day. Keep us posted on the gains you make. I am more interested in length than girth gains right now.

Hey Vincent,

Do you think that this exercise may work any different than when you use ‘PowerJelq’? At ‘PJ’ you have two objects rolling up from the base towards the head. Would it give the same result, worse/better? I am asking because I can not check it now(only ADS stretching for two next months) however I do have ‘PowerJelq’ and it did not gave me any ‘extra’ gains as I recall.

I have not tried one of those yet.
