I like to jelq with at least a 75% erection. Somewhere along the way, I start to lose a little bit and have to take a small break to work it back up to maximize the blood flow.(20 seconds usually works).
If I were doing 400 jelqs in a session, can it be broken up into 4 sets of 100? Or try to do all 400 consecutively? I have found that the longer you can go without stopping, the better the workout. Anyone have suggestions?
