Since it’s summer time I am exhausted after coming back from the gym and then doing my PE. I use to do 3 sets hanging mixed in with some jelq and stretching and it would take me over 2+ hours give or take. I was thinking of only doing 2 sets hanging before bed with some light jelq and get up in the morning again and another 2 sets hanging. Im going to try to keep everything under an hour and do it 5 days a week. On weekends, change up the routine a little and do something different and for longer periods.

Try it and find out but there is a high risk of over training.

Pe is for the long haul.

If you have a busy schedule, than why won’t you try a less is more approach?

I agree with Bird2. Very possible you’ll over train. I would think one of your sessions per day would be enough and then an ADS the rest of the day, especially on your weekend to prevent losses. Worked for me.

Now that Dickstruction mentioned gym, I was interested can swimming and especially riding bike harm or diminish effects of PE?

Thanks for the input guys. I think I will try one hanging session at night and one in the morning and keep my workout to one hour tops. Usually I end up taking thursday off anyway. As for the weekend, it depends how busy I am but I tend to do one sessions only. I need my AM sleep during the weekend…hehe. I wore my golf weights again today for the first time in several months and it felt great.
