Is this heavy, medium, or what PE
So I’m curious what kind of category of magnitude veterans here would put my PE routine in. I’ve been PEing for a year and took a 2 month decon break in the middle somewheres.
My PE routine is as follows:
15 minutes of Jelqing in the morning.
1.5 hrs hanging 5 lbs with Vac hanger during afternoon.
3 ten minute sets of clamping before bed.
5 days on, 2 days off.
