Yeah I tried doing it laying down last night but it didn’t help much I’m going to try again right now and hopefully it will work better this time.

Yeah I have been doing that I just have a few questions about it. Does your dick need to be semi erect? I was doing it flacid. Which part of your foot are you using to push with? I’m using my heel and pressing in the palm area of my hand and on the thumb. That’s pretty much the only way I can position my leg that allows me to push hard.

Flaccid. Only stretch while flaccid!

Yeah, you’re using the heel in the exact same way I am.

OK I was just confused because the guy quoted in your original post said semi erect so I wasn’t sure. Have you noticed any difference yet doing this stretch? I know it’s only been a couple days but with some stretches I can see difference in flaccid hang right away.

Yeah its only been a few days (3?) but I can see an increase in flaccid hang, which is great!

Yeah how long does the flaccid hang increase last for? Because with some exercises I do they increase my hang ALOT right after I do them but then an hour later it’s only a little bigger than normal. Tell me when you measure erect if you got any length gains ok?
