The penis isn’t a muscle, so should it be worked like one?

i.e. intense sessions followed by prolonged rest

Or should duration exercises (such as ADS) be considered as a higher priority?

The question you ask is a common one for those new to PE. It would take a lot of effort to respond to your question fully. A lot depends upon the type of PE that you have chosen to do. I would recommend that you take some time and read through some of the history (threads) on this forum. Many workout/rest programs are listed here. IMO you should take one or two rest days each week. However, you will arrive at a PE schedule that will match your life schedule. One recommendation - take things slow!
