A better life.
It can be done and is well worth it. I smoked for 22 years and quit on my 40th birthday. I had read enough about emphysema and other bad things that I really didn’t want to spend my senior years with a portable oxygen tank. I used nicotine gum and a self help tape. It took about two or three weeks and it’s now been twelve years.
After you stop you’ll need to convince yourself that “having just one” will end it and you’ll be smoking again. You can overcome this. Good luck Gorbie.
