Ok guys its been a little over a month since I introduced myself to you all.

My objectives i gave to you all were as follows:

1. Give up smoking
2. Stick to a regular PE routine
3. Enlarge my penis of course!

Now during this month i failed in only one….smoking. I gave up for a week but ended up starting again *sigh* I am determined to try again at the end of this week so ill let you all know how that goes.

As for the other two objectives, i have been more successful than i ever could have imagined. I have grown 1cm in length! Girth has yet to follow but i must admit to concentrating primarily on length exercises. Even though i now believe myself to be above average very slightly, i am still incredibly insecure about my penis. I guess i will feel that way until i hit 8” , oh and believe me i WILL!

My old and new stats are as follows:

Old
ELBP 16cm - 6.4”
Mid shaft Girth 12.5cm - 5”
Base Girth 13cm - 5.2”

Congrats on the gains gorbiewan. Mosts of us here are obsessed with our penis. But make it a healthy obsession, that way you will minimize injuries. And I read that smoking stunts growth, you could have gained 2 cm by now. Maybe that will motivate you. hehe…

Thanks jojo, and damn good point you have there. During the week i gave up smoking my erections were like steel. The little guy was popping up out of the blue like i was 15 again! In fact he had a much more masculine look overall, more prominent veins and my glans were much more engorged with blood. I too have read that smoking can stunt growth, and that is one of the contributing factors in my desire to quit. But even more important than that seems to be the vasoconstriction it causes. I could really notice just how much my circulation improved down below. thats it! i am 100% determined to make a break from this dumb habit.

When you have your next smoke. Say to yourself as you light up. “Back on your feet soldier” then crush to smoke in your bare hands. It may work. It rarely does for me though.

Wow this shit works!

To give you a little more incentive about the smoking thing. There was a poll taken at pe forums that dealt with the correlation between smoking and a slow gainer. I can look it up but smokers were several times more likely to have slow gains. So quit and continue to have good gains!!

Thanks Mr Justin, i’ll give what you said a try. I think for me, stopping smoking all comes down to the need for an incentive. And to be honest i can’t think of a better incentive for me than wanting to have a bigger dick. Being only 21 the negative health effects of smoking haven’t hit me much yet so there is no incentive there.

But the fact remains…. i want my penis to grow, therefore to maximise my potential i *must* give up smoking. and just as a *shall* have a bigger penis….i *shall* give up smoking.

I am really in debt to you guys, you’ve given me the kick up the butt needed to help me kick this habit. thank you all :)

gorbiewan, that must feel great. It’s all uphill from there, Congratulations. I wish I could stop smoking but it is really the last vice I have *doublesigh* maybe you will be my inspiration.

Thanks DLD. Well i certainly hope i can be your inspiration! I mean like so many others newbies and semi-newbs at the PE game, you and the other big-gainers have been an incredible inspiration. And if i can give a little back i would be honoured. Ill be sure to keep you updated on my progress. Both in PE and in kicking the habit :)

I smoked for 20 odd years now,gave up 2 years ago.Health factors,bad lungs,change of life-divorced starting over again.etc.I now pop vitamin pills instead.Good for PE,Ginkgo,ginseng.L-arginine etc.I went cold turkey(its the only way I’m afraid)with the help of a reformed smoker.Friends who are smokers will generally help you keep smoking.After giving up (have to also give-up funny smokes too)you will be a bastard for about 2-4 months as your body ajusts.After 6 months you start to get on top of it.After 12 months you are there.When you get stressed is the test,instead of lighting up go for walk,eat or whatever,you will be surprised how the want to smoke sudsides when you take your mind of it.Theres no easy road except don’t start in the first place.Anyway thats my advice.

I have a way several of my friends have quit smoking, and I disagree that cold turkey is the best. You can modify this to your smoking capita (i.e if you smoke less) But not if you smoke more.

One pack a day for the first week. Make a schedule of your time. The time you wake up, and the time you go to bed. Divide that time into twenty evenly distributed time segments throughout the day. Week three. Again same as before except now you are only smoking 18 cigerettes a day. So if you rolled 18. You would smoke every 45 minutes except for 9:00 a.m. and 7:30 p.m.

Week four, etc…

The idea is to slowely ween yourself off of cigeretts. Thus modifying both your behavior and the chemical effects of nicotine slowly.

Wow that sounds like a great alternative to cold turkey Realpuffus…thank you. I have tried cold turky twice in the past and failed after a week or two both times. Maybe ill give this a go…thanks :D
