IMO, when you purchase something from people like Monty, MonkeyBar, Bigger, or myself, you’re going to have much better success and customer service if there is a problem than from some faceless company. I’d personally go with what will be safest, most effective, and convenient.

I would have to also recomend the AutoExtender. I’ve had mine for almost a month now.

I had a PM for almost 6 months and never could get a comfortable stretch with it.

In my opinion the AutoExtender is head and shoulders above the PM.

Does anyone reckon that the autoextender or something similar is better than manual stretches? Can they replace manual stretches or do you still need to do them because of the different angles you can get from manual?

Most of the stretching devices allow you to set different angles. IMHO, they can replace manual stretches if you wear them enough. My SuckXtender\LegXtender has replaced manual stretches for me. Hey, why isn’t that in the poll. :mad: That’s a home grown piece of equipment.

Contrary to the above, I encourage you to go ahead with purchase of some stretching device. I have several and have no problem wearing them under my clothes. My vote is for the JES. I just feel that it is a cut above—I like the way that it is engineered
