I remember reading something a while back that putting an ice pack on your package helps erections and bloodflow if it’s done for about 5 mins. There was an alternating method of heat and ice also. Anybody experimented with this?

I’ve recently started icing my penis with ice cubes at the conclusion of my clamping session. I really like this. I generally manual stretch for 15 minutes,then warm water pump with the cylinder wrapped in a heat pad for 20 minutes, then 10 minutes of clamping then 15 minutes pumping and then about 5 minutes clamping where at the end of 5 minutes I rub ice cubes on my dick. My thought is I’m getting maximum expansion with heat and then “curing” my dick with the ice.

I can’t comment on cemented gains yet but I find my flaccid is much more plump,I don’t turtle and I spring boners very easily. Before this I would turtle with a workout like this and post workout sex could be difficult. I do stealth PE so I can’t do this routine 5 on 2 off like I would like its more like 2 days with that and the rest just shower work and ADS.

Yep, my dick instantly started to turtle, pulling it right through my strap which is cranked down good. Maybe im a dumbly for doing it with an ADS on, but fuck I will never do that freeze down shit ever again. I was almost going to try it yesterday while I was clamping, but I couldn’t build up the nerve to for what might happen.

I’m not trying to discourage you from doing anything, just saving you from some possible pain. Also this might just only happen to certain people like me that turtle all the time.

I can see that happening with an ads but the cool thing with clamp freezing is you can’t turtle because you are clamped. I use an ice cube for about 2 minutes. You are literally freezing yourself in a maximally expanded state. Of course don’t use a super cold cube that will stick to your dick. Or dry ice!

Cold exposure after excersing is something that definitly needs more study. I myself have been freezing my unit after intense stetching, and so far its looking very promising.

Some benefits I’ve noticed so far:

- No more turtling
- Faster erections
- Fuller flaccid hang
- Increased size (albeit very small increase increase in BPEL , probably because I’ve been doing it half-assed for the last month or so)

I’m definitly starting to believe that cold exposure is something very powerfull, atleast as important as heat, in the growth process. I’m all over it.

See, stuff like this is what makes me want to try it again. I might give it a go when I done with my clamping session, but I will still be a bit nervous. When I got that strap wet on my ADS, it becomes like a drag slick. Felt like my skin was peeling off for a few seconds.

PErsian, after you are done stretching, do you hold your stretch while running it under cold water or do you just let it hang freely?

Hey Flash, yes I make sure to hold my stretch as I pour the ice cold water all over the shaft and the base, and I hold the stretch for at least 2 more minutes so that the fibers are frozen while stretched. BTW when I say ice cold, I mean the coldest water that the faucet has to offer, and up here in Canada, that’s pretty cold.

At one point I was putting my cock in ice water after clamping sessions with the clamps still on in an attempt to solidify the gains. Fuck it was painful… and I don’t think it did anything.
