Routine Pleaaaaaaaaaaaaaaase. Girth Gains are awesome.

Hi all. The stuff has been claimed.

My routine changed over time. I started out doing the newbie routine (which works!!). Unfortunately, because of some goofy sensitivity issue I can’t really put any type of lubricant whatsoever on my skin (and I tried every possible hypo-allergenic one that is out there), so I had to stop jelquing. Jelqing is by far the best PE exercise that you can do. IF YOU DO IT CORRECTLY AND CONSISTENTLY you will gain! I found that jelqing yielded the fastest, most permanent gains. I gained 3/4” in both length and girth in the first 3 months from jelqing alone. I will say that I was quite religious about doing that newbie routine. And I always thoroughly warmed up and warmed down. Heat is something that a lot of folks aren’t using either. I’m convinced that using heat correctly is another reason I gained so well.

So after I stopped jelquing I pretty much took about 3 months off where I did basically nothing. My jelq-based gains stuck, though! Then one day I read a crazy thread here about some guy that clamped to the extreme and got freakish girth gains. That inspired me. So that’s what I did. I clamped like an idiot. With Viagra. And HEAT. After a couple of months of doing that I locked in probably another 1/4” in girth. I took another break for a month and a half, maybe longer.

My most recent PE routine consisted of both air clamping and vac-extending with high heat. I got another 1/4” or so both ways by doing that. Probably did that for almost 3 months. Then I got a boo boo. I’m healing up from an injury (nerve praxis) which I have been told that I will make a full recovery from. Nonetheless, I am taking a good long break from PE. My unit is respectable now and lately my lady has been kind of complaining about the length hurting her during sex. The girth is spectacular. We both love it. Any bigger and I can see how it could be somewhat of a problem. I would love 6” in girth, but I know for a fact that it would be a bad thing for my sex life.

If you are wanting girth, I would highly recommend getting one of monty’s air clamps. Put together a dozen or so rice socks and you have all that you need. Heat those socks up in the microwave for about 10-12 minutes, put them in some sort of insulated container after doing so. Warm your wang up really good before even beginning to clamp. I used viagra, too. Put the clamp on, get a woody, slowly inflate the clamp while continuing to work it down as far as you can into the area where your penis exits the body. Pump the clamp up fully until you feel like your dick is going to explode and then WRAP IT WITH HOT RICE SOCKS. Keep the socks on for as long as you can tolerate the intense heat. Do 5 or so sets of 10 minutes each. Keep rotating those rice socks so that your wang is always wrapped in heat. After you are done with the clamping IMMEDIATELY put the vac-extender on. Ratchet it up as far as you can until you feel the pull in your glans. Back it off just a tad. Wrap up with HOT rice socks. Do 4 or so sets of 10 minutes. Never remove the heat. After you are done, keep heat on your unit and warm down completely. Warm down should be at least 10-15 minutes. Quickly put on an ADS. This routine works great. It takes a lot of time, but it works. You will gain. Just be careful and listen to your dick! I didn’t and now I am nursing a nerve injury. My dick was telling me to take a break and I just pressed ahead.

TripleP, what specific PE exercise were you doing that caused the “nerve praxis”?

What kind of grip did you use for the jelqs? Overhand? Reverse overhand? Underhand? etc? Also erection level when jelqing? And timing of strokes?
