I pushed too hard. I kept my unit in a modified ADS too long, at too much tension.
What kind of grip did you use for the jelqs?
Standard o.k. grip.
Also erection level when jelqing? And timing of strokes?
Maybe 50-60% erection level. I would count “thousand one, thousand two, thousand three” during each stroke. I started out with 30 minutes of jelqing and by the end of the newbie routine I was at an hour.
