I know I said I wasn’t going to be posting anymore (see older thread) but I’ve changed my mind, I really don’t care anymore.
So I got back on the newbie routine before new years so I could recondition myself. I got red dots a few times and let them subside. Overall, before New Years I feel my erections were stronger and I actually was gaining some girth. When I went home, my workouts became sparse, and for about 3 weeks it was on and off. Since I’ve been back, I noticed a pretty significant decrease in size/erection strength. I started up my regular routine again, adding one set of clamping 5-10 mins in each jelqing session, with a few uli’s and jelq squeezes. I haven’t had any pain or fatique, so I was assuming I haven’t been overtraining.
I checked my length and girth yesterday. My already small girth was SO much smaller! My normal stats are 7” NBPEL and ~4.6-4.75 EG. Now? 6.8” NBPEL and 3.75-4.0” EG. This has been a shot to the ego. I guess I’m going to try taking a few days off just in case it was overtraining. But a difference that big seems ridiculous. I’ve been really stressed out lately, but I’m not sure I’ve been that more stressed out than usual. Any ideas??!?
