This thread is as simple as it sounds. I am NOT asking anybody to assess my routine and progress, but rather your own.

I’ve lifted some weights and read some body-building books, and the experts will tell you that you have to be honest with yourself. Take a good look at your body, and tell yourself what you are doing right, and what needs more work. Well it’s the same with PE. Being honest with yourself is very important, imo.

So here is what I think..

I think I’ve been masturbating a bit too much, which just doesn’t fit into my PE plan as my penis gets tired from lots of stroking. I’ve had very nice length gains (About 3/4 of an inch in just over two months) but it is not very noticeable. My BPEL is almost an inch greater then non bone pressed. So I’d still like more length gains.

Girth is becoming more important to me now as well. At first I didn’t care much about girth, but now I realize that it will make my penis appear to be much larger. So I am going to work harder on girth.. maybe even start clamping sometime down the road when I feel I’m ready.

So you have heard mine..

Well don’t be over critical you did gain 3/4 of inch in a short period of time.

What is your girth and what is your length?

You can also get a view of yourself in a distorted mirror.

So if you are going to evaluate yourself by looking into a mirror make sure the mirror ain’t warped.

I think most everyman has a 1” fat pad, this is very common.

Hell I’ve gained about a half an inch in length and a quarter of an inch in girth in about 5 months of PE. Time seems to have whizzed by but sometimes I wonder if I really have made the substantial gains that some others have reported in a shorter time frame than even me, and honestly, I still consider myself a newbie at this. I stretch for about 20 min almost daily and usually jelq around 4-5 times a week. I don’t know, but at 7 1/2 inches BPEL now, I really could care less if I reach the goals I’m looking for sooner rather than later. I enjoy PE and try to think about the less is more approach. I’d rather do this for 5 years and avoid injury and have that 8x6 NBPEL by then, then reach that in a few more months and feel I have to stop because I don’t want to get bigger, or incure an injury. I really ENJOY PE. I don’t want to stop, and seing the gains come for me, albeit relatively slow I suppose, are very comforting, rewarding, and challenging, even when I see that eighth of an inch that I’ve been working out get solidified into a cemented erect gain that’s achieved easily without having to have a 110% erection or stretch it out over a ruler until the thing pops off. So my self assesment is that if I’m not gaining after a few months I might change it up. I’d rather go longer and stay hard as a rock at this point in my size anyways.

I REALLY would love to find a way to go longer though. If I just go at it, my first “round” during sex is usually under 5 minutes. I hate that, because if I want to go a second time which is usually much longer, I’m not at a 100% erection thus I may lose up to an inch in size. I just don’t have the time to balloon or edge as I’m already slammed with all of my other daily crap. I’m trying to build the PC muscle and all, but it just makes my erections harder, which makes it feel better, which makes me cum just as quick regardless. So I don’t know how I’ll ultimately conquer a relatively quick ejaculation, but my thoughts are, if I get that 8x6 someday, when I go the second time, I won’t have to worry about the size difference on the second round. I don’t know thought.

One quick thought though, I have found that using that warming KY jelly helps as it numbs me out a little during sex. It just pisses me off when these porn stars out there, many with smaller uglier cocks than me, seem to be able to go on forever and ever. I realize that there are many takes and what not during these sessions, but shit man can’t I make my orgasm a huge climactic explosion for my woman after a good 20 minutes or so of sex in a few different positions rather than a huge explosion after a few? Anyways I’ve adapted with some great foreplay but it’s not the same.

My girth is anywhere from 5 1/4” - 5 1/2” and my length is about 7-7.25” non bone pressed and around 8-8.25” BPEL
